Jon Kay, writer for Quillette, on Twitter was documenting this insanity last week (who is unfortunately a small l-liberal who hates CRT/ LGBT indoctrination but still loves the jab and COVID theater).
No one seems to have actually documented the original content from pompous CBC reporter Evan Dyer to demonstrate what he said and where.
But it's paraphrased in a couple of places that he mentioned that Trudeau is the main focus of ire directed at the ruling Liberal party.
Erica Ifill, a crazy black podcaster and "journalist" at the Hill Times (a left-leaning publication covering internal happenings in Ottawa political circles), someone that up until this point no one has ever heard of, sparks a Twitter mob that old white establishment state propagandist Dyer is racist because he wrote a story about people being angry at Trudeau, but didn't mention a hateful email that she as a black woman received in her inbox.
So Dyer was accused of being systemically racist for not including some random email in his national coverage that an unknown black podcaster supposedly received, when he has no idea of her existence to this point and she never publicized the email. So he's accused of not telepathically knowing and breaking a story that some rando black woman received some mean tweets in her inbox.
When old white guy Dyer subsequent responds "Who are you and why are you talking to me?" on Twitter, the rest of the woke propagandist mob including fellow "journalists" pile on with the accusations, noting in particular that his greatest crime is not seeking out the transgressions committed against rando crazy black women he doesn't know in the first place.
One of the people to attack him is Global News' TikTok reporter, who I've mentioned a few times here. She's spent the last several weeks whining about people "attacking" journalists with mean words. Someone noticed the hypocrisy: https://twitter.com/Polkameister/status/1565055560239951872
Suddenly you are now attacking a journalist after for weeks saying "don't attack journalists". There is nothing @EvanDyerCBC did to deserve this from you.
A Twitter nobody also replied to Gilly's tweet:
"reading the room" is exactly what journalists on twitter do far too much of. Say what you think is true, not what you think will get you a pat on the back from the extremely online in-crowd
This is another case of "Shut up, bitch, no one knows who you are or cares about you."

God help me, I'm defending a CBC reporter...
Dyer deserves everything he gets.
His pinned post from May on Twitter is a lament that Western politicians are dumb and evasive compared to the 1970s.
With the exception of Zelensky, which he believes to be the pinnacle of honesty and virtue.
