Telegram is by far the best and most secure. I'll offer two points of proof:
If you take the SANS forensics course, there's one brief paragraph on Telegram describing how they can't retrieve anything from it except maybe some pictures.
If they could get data from it, they wouldn't be banning it from the app stores.
Pavel built Telegram off the back of VK when he had his whole business taken from him by the government. He has designed it specifically to prevent that from ever happening to him again.
Lol, total FUD youtube videos? That's like quoting CNN as a source of reliable information. You live up to your name with aplomb.
Public groups, such as the ones given to German Authorities per law, are decidedly not encrypted or stored locally as they are public. If you post in a public telegram channel indeed you cannot expect privacy. Private chats however are encrypted end to end, which is not to say a dedicated adversary cannot get them, only that they cannot get them from Telegram. The endpoint, as always, is the weak link and an attacker with control of the network and device still can leverage that but that is beyond what a company can control.
Your evidence, much like your intellect, lacks any substance, training, or discipline. I don't expect you know what a SANS course is, nor are you capable of passing their exams however in short they are the gold standard of computer security courses.
