I’m okay with adults doing whatever to themselves in the sense that I can’t stop them, but we’d be better off if we brought back shame. If someone does do that, you shouldn’t tell them congrats. Maybe just laugh or frown at them. That’s a healthier response than acting like they’re having a MLK civil rights moment.
True. Maybe it’s as simple as stop giving them attention or being honest. Like saying if you believe you are a woman nobody is required to affirm that. People shouldn’t have to ignore reality in the name of “progress”.
