Just an idea, but movies have a very small time commitment compared to books, and can tie into hidden gems. I think it would be cathartic to find good entertainment in a movie when they actually had some purpose and true storytelling. My first nomination would be Princess Mononoke, but as a weekly or biweekly commitment for actual discussion would be healthy for the community and create a crowdsourcing for our precious storytelling without woke influence.

You might have read me wrong but I suppose it is a horror in a way. It's heartbreaking.
Heartbreaking or emotionally moving works for me too. It’s hard to find cinema with real intent anymore in general.
