yeah I think those kind of laws have Constitutional issues if you try to prosecute guys who lied about their net worth or something. obviously women lie constantly too about fake tits, makeup, hair, etc.
but I think pretending to be a woman to trick a guy into sex when you're actually a man is far enough over the line.
I'm always torn about 'rape by deception' laws.
Where should they begin and end?
If I'm wearing a wig, is that rape?
If I'm wearing shoes that make me two inches taller, is that rape?
If I take her on a date in a rental car worth more than my house, is that rape?
If I also told her I'm stock broker, is that rape?
If she's a Jew, and I told her I'm a Jew too, is that rape?
