According to feminist dogma, rape benefits men in general by 'keeping women down' or something. If you believe that, and you have a potent weapon to victimize the opposite sex, obviously you're going to do everything in your power to enable false rape accusations - "to keep men down".
I can understand not prosecuting a woman when there is simply no evidence either way. In fact, that is the only reasonable course. But when it's plain that she is lying, there can be only one motivation for agitating against prosecution, and it ain't a pretty one (feminists never are).
