Podcast "movement"?

Who are these nobodies and why does anyone care about their prejudices?

My guess is that it is a group for those whose content gets little or no traffic and for people with zero content or charisma trying to cash in on what a relatively few wildly talented people have parlayed into fame and fortune.

I can see a bunch of 20-something doofuses (doofi?) milling around wondering what they're doing wrong.
