There are many clips of him saying based things so I was curious and then proceeded to look into his background. Very strange stuff there. The guy has one of the most unique backgrounds I ever seen.

He and his brother then start a casino business in Romania along with managing a e-girl webcam business and then they start a self help seminar called Hustler's university which looks to be a multi level marketing scam.
Tate and his brother have also been accused of human trafficking in Romania.
Don't know what to make of this guy.
He says based shit then gets banned. Then he starts showing up everywhere.
