It was a stupid lawsuit from the SLAPP perspective and the lawyers should not have filed it. It was a pure vanity lawsuit and now he owes $250k in attorney's fees.

Bear in mind that Johnny Depp had to have mountains of evidence in order to win his case, and look at how difficult and time consuming and expensive that was.
