Sailing the high seas for new programming, and all I can find is programming with women, women, and more women as the leads. And it's not even compelling women, it's bored caricatures whose sole existence is a vagina that does...things. Solve murders, eats lunch, has a tragic past, just boringly.

Every woman in the tv shows from europe is either some bored continental chick who can't catch an emotion if she sat on it trying to solve a murder, usually in some small town, usually a minority character, murderer is always white male.

Every american woman is either a crazy bitch emotional wreck looking for a man or the smug cunt that solves crimes while looking for a man.

God help you if the show features more than one lead actress.

This makes me miss Buffy season 7.

This reminds me of this Bollywood action film I tried watching called RRR. It depicted every white British soldier beating on Indian guys for minor altercations. Such as, "hey sorry forgot my ID card", then beats the shit out of Indian guy randomly. Then white female savior trope has to tell the soldier to stop.

I get that they were under British rule for a long time, but I'm really tired of even non-Hollywood films doing the "wHiTE gUy bAd" meme.

Isn't India one of the few places where men and women's suicide rates are similar?

I don't love suicide or anything but both the west - and places like russia - you can tell men have it worse with their exponentially higher rates.
