Ever since the United States started succeeding above the rest of the world, the thought on the minds of globohomo socialists has been "how can we bring it down?" They're not particularly shy about this, though when speaking to an audience that wouldn't appreciate that message, they can tell a different story. Someone like a Biden doesn't say "we're smashing capitalism" -- just does everything that pushes in that direction.
