Realize they fucked up and accept the fact they fucked up and it was their fault they fell for the lies of "female liberation". They often shift to being pro-men and/or more conservative/anti-feminist.
Double down on their ideology, saying it was the world's fault for misleading them and that ultimately women are disadvantaged because of this and men are the culprit and yadda yadda yadda.
Predictably, considering she was a "centrist" it means she'd be more susceptible to go down #2, and she did.
