I think even most women would agree that something is wrong. More than a quarter of all woman over aged 60 are currently on antidepressants. the higher the education level, the higher the usage of antidepressants. Around 1/5 of ALL adult women are on antidepressants.
(And a large number of men, though not nearly as high, are on antidepressants too.)
So is it women that are broken naturally, modern women that are broken, our modern society that breaks people, etc?
I think modern society just kind of sucks. Yes, there are so many wonderful things, amazing opportunities, and basically no one in America has to worry about having enough food to eat. Social media and constantly being connected seems to really be hard for women though. It's like living all your life in highschool social circles.
Women having no need to settle is the bigger issue. Without the internet most men's connection to the outside world at this point would just be taking orders from one's boss and buying groceries.
It's all of the above. The man's job is to be the solid foundation for a woman. We bring her back to reality from the depths of hell. When we don't do that, we find hell on earth as we do now.
