The vast majority of gay bars could be shut down overnight because they violate the terms of their licenses repeatedly by allowing in minors. If they are essentially strip clubs they should be regulated as such and the failure to hold them to that standard means the local lawmakers probably enjoy child rape. Take their liquor licenses, make them id like everyone else, and make them explicitly register as adult entertainment venues.
