I had a friend who taught 2nd grade in Watts for many years (bad part of LA). She had a boy whose legal name was Pimpin, and later had his little brother Playa (I might have spelled them wrong but I don't think so).
So yeah, momma definitely set those boys life goals in the right direction.
My grandmother was the special ed teacher in an elementary for the latter half of her life. As this was Louisiana, nearly every kid was black because we still segregate our schools.
By her decades of dealing with them, a big chunk of the kids there were perfectly fine. But mom demanded they act stupid to get special needs certification because it increased the handout money they got. This included literal abuse to get compliance, and apparently one instance where a mom tried to inflict brain damage through some poison I can't remember.
Almost every issue in the black communities is either rooted in, or exacerbated heavily, by their horrible single mothers.
