Portugese Americans are latinos, so are French Americans and Italian Americans. I know that's not how it's typically used, but if they are going to split hairs between what part of Iberia the actor is from I think I can split some hairs too. I guarantee Franco is genetically closer to Castro than Leguizamo is.
All definitions of Latin America I am aware of include Brazil. Most people in the US wouldn't make a distinction between the Spanish and Portuguese, (I'm sure much to both groups irritation).

Eh generally Brazilians aren't considered Latino. Leguizamo isnt' wrong about that; he just has a dumb point.
