Is that really the costume from the movie? That would only work if they were doing a 60's Adam West style spoof. And they could do that for less than $10m.

Mismatching vest/mask colors, stealth-breaking glossy gold, free-flowing hair for grabbing in a fight. These are my issues with it.

Other than that, it looks like it could be functional enough.
