In women? That is almost vanishingly rare. Like, so rare as to be a statistical improbability. Women that tall do exist, but there is going to be many more "transgender women" out there than there is women who are naturally 6'8", let's say that much...
There is nothing about this that convinces me that Griner isn't simply a tranny who somehow hid it for a long time. Nothing.

Not only are 6'8" women rare, but they aren't built like that. They're large, lumbering bricks. Those pictures look like a relatively normal build, just taller. Like a male small forward.
