are they really the kind of people you would want to be around?

I found that life improves drastically when you question why you hang around the people you do instead of just doing it out of inertia. Subjecting yourself to an asshole who whines about how oppressed he is while making life a living hell for everyone around him takes a real toll on your sanity. Feminism isn't conducive to healthy relationships of any sort.
