Who was that talking? if that was a candidate it was a good moment to see how they react to unexpected crisis's. Not that any of the candidates are any good though.

Liss Truss. She is one of the two conservative leaders vying for control over the Conservative Party in the UK, which is currently in power.

Yeah, she's really bad. So is her opponent. Imagine if Mitt Romney and Liz Cheney were having a debate for head of the Republican Party.
