It's a bit of a stretch to say that visa blacklists are a "Nazi" trait. Literally every country does them.

It is every country's sovereign right to control their immigration rules and make any and all restrictions they deem necessary. Nobody has a right to visit any other country unless that country has made bilateral agreements.
