This is called "humblebragging". While he is at first glance appearing to disagree with this ridiculous praise, you need to understand that Peele knows that by replying to this guy, he is MASSIVELY increasing the exposure of that guy's tweet, and therefore spreading the praise he is pretending to be humble about.
