If we treated anyone equally:

• These people would be in a federal prison without charge until December.
• These people would be in solitary confinement until February
• These people would only have bail considered after memorizing and reciting entire portions of "Intellectuals And Race", "2,000 Mules", and "Democracy: The God That Died". After which their bail would be denied in the bail hearing until they pledged to testify that Kamala Harris is a Shape-Shifting Alien Reptile.
• After all of this, they would plead guilty as part of a settlement where they would be sentenced to 13 months in federal prison for trespassing, which the judge would then deny, and sentence them to 45 months.
• Steven Colbert would be summoned to a Republican Tribunal, run by Marjorie Taylor Greene, who would personally select each member of the tribunal, and if he failed to attend, he would be charged with Contempt of Congress, have all of his defense arguments denied, and likely face multiple months in prison.
