Most watermelon is overgrown trash that really is just mostly water and almost no melon. There's no real benefit to it.

But Kale?

Fucking Kale is an absolute garbage vegetable that tastes like shit and is barely edible. Collard Greens is cheaper (and I mean absolute dirt cheap), tastes better than Kale, and is more nutritious.
