I agree except that chicken has a pretty poor micronutrient profile, red meat and fatty fish (salmon family) are the healthiest meats
There is no such thing as nonfat cheese, that's some kind of freak lab experiment I wouldn't put in my body. There's literally nothing wrong with eating saturated fat.

chocolate covered almonds are awesome but very bad for you and very high in calories. I used to get them from costco
skinless chicken breast, milk, and eggs are super foods that should be at the absolute top of any list. nonfat cheese is also very good for you.
