Proud of my state making number nine because boys in dresses can't play ball with girls.

e: This isn't even a good list. TN has always had voter id so it should have "Voting Rights" as a negative, and we have a RvW trigger law so that should be a negative under "Healthcare". Come on. We should be at least second.
