The false superiority, the laugh, the bug eyes, the constant repeating, her tone, everything about that shows she knows and feels her own inferiority, that she is wrong. It is her hope, her desperation for it to be truth, that makes her so vehement and utterly vile in her interactions. She hates herself.

I recognize some of this behavior from my own interactions and actions. When you feel insecure, but know you're telling the truth, you don't get like she does half-way through. You get defensive and then in this order: whiny/crying/quiet. You shut down. She got aggressive complete with that nasty cunt finger thing bitches do, which is a display that she wants you to believe her because she feels she is superior, not because she believes it herself.
