I'm dieting right now because I put on an extra 20-25 pounds over the winter. I was eating Reeses peanut butter cups like my life depended on it. I'm already down 12 pounds by cutting out candy bars and cookies. Just eating less. Actually making myself feel hunger several times per day.
I've always been a healthy weight. Fat whales like this chick would call me skin and bones even with the extra pounds.
But man I could really feel those additional pounds and it makes me wonder how people like her can live with themselves. They must feel like shit every waking moment.

Hard cut out carbs from your diet and you won't even feel that. Then reintroduce them in moderation when at a healthier weight.
I actually enjoy feeling hungry. Maybe because it's a physical sign that I'm not eating too much I dunno.
But I do still have a very high carb diet and need to work on that. I'm lazy as fuck about cooking.
That's a great attitude; hunger definitely makes your mind sharper, intermittent fasting is underappreciated.
