I mean, if they want a fourth dose, let them have it. The benefit will be theirs, and same for the side-effects.

I do find it a bit odd that someone who is now asking for a fourth dose, because his first three doses were not enough, would say this:

Clearly, you do not think they work well enough, or you wouldn't be begging for your fourth dose.
