I guess it's all "penumbra" shit, which is funny because the whole reason RvW got overturned is because penumbra shit don't cut it anymore. I don't think they want to go the "involuntary servitude" route because my god the precedent that would set: child support, the draft, alimony, probably a shit ton of stuff I haven't thought of that would overwhelmingly benefit men.
