This is exactly it.
The top streamers (and earners) on Twitch do tend to be men. They have to put in a great deal of effort, take a great deal of risk (that it will all amount to nothing), and to an extent be lucky.
Feminists like to talk about “the glass ceiling” but rarely do they even acknowledge the crystal floors on which they stand.
