If not, be prepared to be endlessly lectured (and also have a hard time; "fixed" cats of both sexes are much easier to live with. This wasn't that important in the past, when cats were mostly let loose to take care of rodent and avian pests and only used "home" as a crash pad, but it's kind of significant now ... modern people would never put up with the old-school midnight chorus.)
(And Barker should have also called out anti-pet landlords, too.)
