Yes, he seems to be, but I'm more pissed off at Hedy Fry, who JJ said this about:

I really think the chair, Hedy Fry, did a bad job near the end. I said we weren't here to discuss my views on bilingualism but she basically said "yes we are."

The whole affair just seemed really painful, but that's par for the course for political nonsense. Fuck politicians. Especially Canadian ones.
