Not just journalism, this is a state sanctioned investigation.

A literal kangaroo court for a man the regime wants silenced.

This is Soviet level Tyranny (not surprising since the same goons behind the U.S.S.R are running the show in the U.S. now).

It is state sanctioned, but it's not a court. Trump is not on trial, and he can't be tried by the House of Representatives.
