Don't have an autistic focus on dialectic, rhetoric is perfectly valid also. More convincing to many people in fact. Attacking both her points and her appearance is the way to go. We have a natural repulsion towards sick looking people giving disturbing arguements. The folly of her choices is evident just by looking at her. So why not point that out. Mockery is a powerful rhetorical tool.
Do you even know what rhetoric is? It's definitely not a fair and rational comparison of physical appearances. Rhetoric is very much the unfair, dirty fighting side of politics and people influencing.
All the autists trying to reshape the world with handfuls of their ultra rational peers need to realize they are always going to be vastly outnumbered by the much less rational populace and plan accordingly, if they don't want their asses beaten by one rhetorician and his army of useful idiots.

Huge numbers of people in fact are influenced by them, and deciding to stick your head in the sand and declare them non-existent doesn't change that. Ignore them and try to seriously oppose the politics espoused by said hot starlets and you're just going to get crushed by that same huge number of idiots.

And sometimes the emotional switch is "holy fuck they're ugly, I want nothing to do with that"
