How about: vaxx-induced immune system disorders cause otherwise subdued diseases to start flourishing. STDs in the gay community would just be one of the first / most visible areas for this to pop up because they're so promiscuous.

Oh, I'm sure they are. Look at Bieber. One of the earliest but extremely rare side effects of Corona was that it was reactivating dormant diseases and triggering others. The clotshot also did this and so much worse.
