You weren't searching using exact phrases. If you search for webpages containing the words "number", "women", "murdered", and "people", of course you're going to find pages like this.

Even just "statistics murder perpetrators by gender" (not a phrase just keywords) in Google works perfectly well.

Actually with "Women Offenders - Bureau of Justice Statistics" ranking above "Female Victims of Violence - Bureau of Justice Statistics".
