Construction worker allegedly made fun of him. None of the other supposed witnesses have came forward and said anything happened at all. For all we know the guy is making it up. And so what if this guy did do those things? It effects nobody not even the guy allegedly being made fun of. How is this news worthy.

Newsworthiness no longer matters, especially on local TV news. This is all about demonstrating how righteous, stunning, and brave the talking heads and the TV station are.
