Not to comment on the bill itself, but that is a pretty flimsy excuse coming from any of those who are pushing it, considering they already managed to send everyone EFT direct deposits 3 times. They go out of their way to "try" and fail. One thing we have in common all over the spectrum is that we are being scammed by these people together due to our naivete and complacency
