Honestly don’t understand where so many young ppl get the idea that their company is obligated to push their personal agenda
The people above you judge you by how loud you are. If you keep your head down you get fired. If you don't have something to endlessly blabber on about your department gets its budget cut.
Then, you're still judged by completing stuff. But if you bring up things you're actually working on everyone will dogpile into what you're doing and sabotage you.
So you have to create this whole seperate narrative to make yourself look busy while distracting people away from your actual work so they don't sabotage it.
It's exhausting. Eventually, you start using this seperate narrative yo sabotage other people, because that's what they're doing to you.
Good. I can’t remember which company it was but it came under fire for telling its employees they are there to do a job and not be activists.
