The strange thing is that they appear not to know that abortion is not constitutionally protected basically anywhere. All the European countries that they cite as their supposed exemplars? They all have legal/restricted abortions based on legislation, not based on judicial fiat.
The court is not taking anyone's rights away if it overturns Roe vs. Wade (disclaimer: I am pro-choice). It is just returning the democratic right of the people that it usurped.
It's bloody obvious when I say it, but I am not sure if this is deception, or self-deception, or what.
They appear to be of the opinion that if they're allowed to burn down enough things belonging to people who oppose them they can make it a de facto right by force of arms.
If they're not being punished for their behaviour I'm not sure how they are wrong.

You sound surprised. This is what we saw in the summer of 2020. At the time, I figured that others would try using violence to achieve political ends. But then January 6 made it clear that it's just people who support the regime who will be allowed to do that.

I'm sure they'll receive some token punishment. But highly attenuated, like with the guy who burned a man in a store to death in 2020 and had his sentence cut from a standard 20 years to 10 years because Biden's DOJ said that "riots are the voice of the unheard".

Oh, not surprised. Disappointed.
Because we live in a "just" society, where nothing's illegal, it's only illegal for you.
A caste system, in short.
