I agree the background behind the Freedom Convoy and Patrot Frontier are different.

My point was that the state charging both groups with pre-crime "conspiracy to commit X" is the same vague, trumped up BS where they don't actually have enough of a case to charge them with an actual crime.

Hence the "conspiracy to commit"
