He invaded on the first day of summer.

If you really want something to happen, you will ignore the logic that says you shouldn't do it.

Or maybe, maybe, your crazy ideas are just that: crazy.

If someone came to power and threw every feminist into prison, I would probably be unable to see any red flags they showed.

Your lack of critical thinking does not really inspire confidence in what you espouse now.

Regardless, I'm sure there are plenty of examples of intelligent people making stupid decisions because they really want a certain outcome.

I'm just being honest. I don't think I'd be anything other than supportive towards anyone who took that step, even if they were not good in other ways.
