Actual false flags almost never involve a direct false flag attack. Even Hitler's false flag attack on Poland is the exception to the rule. Killing your own people exceedingly rare when causus belli is actually quite easy to get from using propaganda on accidents or separate incidents that you know you weren't involved in.

• The USS Maine was a genuine accident that was propagandized into a Spanish attack
• The 2nd Gulf of Tonkin incident literally just didn't happen. The first incident was a genuine attack in response to a South Vietnamese special forces operation.
• FDR attempted multiple times to bring America into WW2 by getting US military & civilian ships too close to the war zones, or by operating suspiciously or aggressively so that Japan and Germany would legitimately target them.
• Which is an extension of the USS Lusitania which was carrying armaments from the US to Europe. It wasn't intended to be a false flag operation, and was genuinely attacked by the Germans, but it was used to get America into WW1 via the press years after she was sunk.

Honestly, attacking your own people is basically an admission that you don't have control over the media or public perception on a specific issue. And that's one thing you need to have before you start a war in the first place. Crisis actors just don't make any sense from a practical perspective.

They absolutely mass murder children, that's what the drone program is for. Also they use children as sex slaves. So, it's not like it's an ethical barrier. It's just not necessary.
