It's a well enough written article but I have it on good merit that the editor of Ars Technica at the time, Sebastian Anthony, said their publication wouldn't discuss anything about GamerGate as it was drama and not news.

I wonder if there is a reflection to be had upon that overall with what news is now (And then).
