Don't put conditions on your protection like the guy in the screenshot. Don't imply you'll protect them if they "appreciate" you. Sure, it may be true-- but it makes the statement read more like a ransom than a statement of truth.

We don't want people to think women are being held hostage for affection, that plays the wrong way in the media. People are already biased to favor women. They won't see that you're attempting to explain the social contract, they'll just read your words as hostility.

Phrase it like "Why should I be obligated to protect you? I have no duty to you or anyone, my safety is as important as yours." Keep it gender neutral. State the inarguable reality that you owe nothing to anyone. After all, that's simple turnabout-- feminists also insist they owe nothing to anyone. That's how they justify treating men like dirt, but it can work for us just as easily. Its effective because it's impossible to spin as a threat.

Let them explain the gender roles they want followed afterwards. Let them insist you should sacrifice yourself for them. Let them open the social contract can of worms and become a hypocrite.
