UNIDENTIFIED VOICE #3: Agriculture production is dropping because temperatures are rising.

Now identified as Bill Gates.

I figure they were always planning to mess with agriculture but were trying to tie it to climate change. When food production never fell, they had to actually have a war to shut it down.
