I know he's talking about Finland's PM, dear. I'm remarking on the irony that he is hating on her in reaction to Russia doing something, and speculating (well, not really) about what his reaction would be if Putin were female.

Also, it seems you know this, because you admit that this is Impy making a comment about 'women'.
