I don't understand the jovial nature of the article.

The source seems to be a black-centered news site called Atlanta black Star. Combine a writer's black supremacist mindset with a bizarre encounter with a White rando and a black "comedian." The title of the article mentions what some find hilarious: Wayans physically avoiding his apparent relative. Of course it's OK because White people are totes cringeworthy lmao.
