Cersei before becoming queen: blows up the central cathedral of the biggest city in the world to kill all her political enemies at once. Also causes significant damage to surrounding areas and untold civilian/peasant deaths.

Dany before becoming queen: blows up the rest of the city because ~~bells~~ feels.
